三得利的前身为1899年由鸟井信治郎所开设的鸟井商店，以酿制葡萄酒起家。1922年创立寿屋公司，1967年更名为三得利株式会社。三得利为日本最大酒类制造商，目前业务涵盖威士忌、啤酒、饮料等，其中三得利的威士忌事业，可谓日本历史性的启程碑。
