With stamp on the base 大清嘉庆年制 "Made in Qing Jiaqing" in red enamel. Made of porcelain and enameled in red and gold. In the center of the plate are a dragon and a phoenix chasing a sphere, surrounded by flames and within a double circle. On the edge there is a border delimited by a double circle with dragons and phoenixes joined by lotus scrolls. On the reverse it has four groups of bats surrounding a symbol of luck.
