Ø58mm, ca. 155g, 18K pink gold, coined band, dome signed, extremely rare calibre, duplex escapement, temperaturepensation, repeating the hours and quarters, signed enamel dial in very good condition, rare early seconds indication, blued steel hands, in excellent condition, in working order, absolute rarity. Only about 500 pocket watches were made by Frederik Jürgensen. According to Knudsen 'The Jürgensen Dynasty' the earliest known number is 4049, made ca. 1815. It is assumed that all unnumbered watches were made before 1815. In our opinion, this watch is the rarest Frederik Jürgensen offered at auction to date.
