Ca. Ø43,5mm, ca. 50g, platinum, punched twice with the French platinum punch (dog's head), band and bow set with diamonds, crown set with a pearl, probably by Verger Paris, super thin and highly refined Patek Philippe precision lever movement, 'extra flat' quality, Geneva stripes, signed and numbered 823.620, extremely rare Breguet-type dial with applied platinum numerals 'Grec-Style', Breguet hands. The watch is in very good condition and in working order. The extract from the archives from 2020 confirms the originality of the watch and the special dial with platinum Breguet numerals. The dial indicates that the movement and dial were ordered from Patek Philippe for a platinum watch. Like Tiffany, Cartier ordered movements from Patek Philippe for certain pocket watches. Although the watch itself is not signed Cartier, the design of the case, especially the crown, and the French platinum punch indicate that this watch may have been made for Cartier.
