A Louis XVI style painted dressing table, A Louis XVI style painted dressing table, of recent manufacture, the raised back carved with a flower-laden vase in relief, enclosed by two drawers, with a marble inset top, over a single frieze drawer, 94cm wide 51cm deep 106cm high Condition report: Losses and wear to the paint decoration. Frieze drawer very stiff. The front left leg is slightly bent in but sturdy. Later painted. Chair: Wear to paint surface along the top rail and gilding on the seat rail is chipped. One broken cane hole at the back of the seat.
