A pair of French Art Deco Bronze cold-painted 'Seal' bookends, c.1930, Naturalistically modelled and cast as two seals with heads up, mounted on stepped black slate and marble bases, 17 cm high, base each 15 cm wideRubbing to bronze with losses to surface colour. There is a repaired chip to one top corner of one base. Some small chips and nicks edges of bases.
