觀音呈坐姿，通體鎏金。頭戴寶冠，束高聳髮髻，面相豐潤，彎眉細目，耳垂圓璫，表情祥和。袒上胸，胸垂華麗瓔珞，雙臂戴釧，左肩掛禪思帶，左手向上執一上仰蓮花，右手施與願印，下身著褲裙，下擺輕柔美逸，成扇形平鋪，結全跏趺坐於仰覆蓮花座上，增添觀音華麗璀璨的莊嚴氣息。蓮花瓣上下不對稱分布，蓮瓣寬肥飽滿，尖端飾卷草紋，上邊沿飾一周扭繩紋，極其講究。造像法相莊嚴，嫻熟簡練，表現出尼泊爾笈多佛像的藝術特點與韻味。
