潘絜兹（1915-2002），著名工笔人物画家。原名昌邦，浙江宣平人。师事吴光宇、徐燕孙。曾在四川临摹蓬溪梵明寺壁画。曾任台湾台北民众教育馆艺术部主任，主编《民众画报》，后得于右任先生资助，从事敦煌艺术研究。历任中国历史博物馆美术组组长，《美术》月刊编辑，《中国画》主编。
