张正恒（1932-2007），著名中国山水画家，四川成都人，字悟恒，号三惭，繁思楼主人，早年曾拜成都老画家、四川省文史研究馆馆员曾默躬先生为师画山水，也得益于陈子庄先生的教诲。大学毕业后分配到北京中央民族学院工作。中国美术家协会会员，中国中央书画院顾问，中国东方文化研究会学术委员。
款识：此图写嘉陵江畔之景，笔墨遒劲苍老，乃余画之又一风格也。甲子中秋，正恒并记于北京西郊之繁思楼。
