Globe célèste ou navisphère, dit "tête de veau', inscrit dans son coffret en acajou dont le revers du couvercle dévoile la notice d’utilisation sur papier marouflé. Sphère en papier imprimé en rotation sur son axe polaire fixé sur le cercle méridien lui-même orientable et maintenu par l'anneau d'azimut horizontal. Ce dernier et le méridien en laiton sont divisés en degrés. Signé dans un cartouche Star Globe Kelvin & Hughes Ltd Epoch [197 ].
