The rounded sides supported on a wide flat circular base, decorated in vibrant shades of underglaze blue with a scene of a robed figure bearing a book astride a long-whiskered kylin, two attendants bearing banners stand nearby, all in a terraced garden, among plantain, rockwork and bamboo, all below swirling clouds, a band of triangle work around the neck, the base glazed.
