The globular body rising to a tall slender waisted neck, brightly enamelled with cartouches enclosing figures among swirling clouds, bats, ribboned chimes and the ‘endless knot’ all against a yellow ground, a band of upright lappets around the foot, the glazed base with a double circle in underglaze blue.
