Large floor lamp, Japan, c. 1900 (Meiji), bronze. Pedestal on elongated tongue feet springing from the mouths of the large demon masks on the lowest console. Baluster shaft, openwork in places and with semi-sculptural reliefs of birds (including cranes) and flowering branches. A total of 10 lights, h. 172 cm.
