水墨纸本 镜片 款识：志浩先生正，顾祝同。 顾祝同（1893-1987），“陆军一级上将”，字墨三，江苏省涟水县人，保定陆军军官学校第六期步兵科毕业。抗战时任第三战区副司令长官，1941年发动皖南事变。抗战胜利后任陆军总司令，“国防部”参谋总长。去台湾后任“国防部”代部长，“总统府”战略顾问等职。
