A collection of English porcelain platesearly-mid 19th centurycomprising a Derby 'Cornflower Sprigs' plate, painted baton mark in iron red, 25cm diameter; a set of three Coalport dessert plates, circa 1840-45, 24cm diameter; a Coalport "New Embossed" design plate, circa 1820-25, pattern 988, 22cm diameter; a pair of late 19th century Coalport dessert plates, centrally painted with bouquets of flowers within a broad salmon pink and gilt border, printed factory mark in green, 22cm and a Coalport plate decorated in the Sevres style with a pink border reserving three floral cartouches and a floral bouquet to the centre, unmarked, 24cm diameter and pair of English porcelain plates, probably Coalport, painted with individual birds on branches within a broad deep green border, one titled 'Goatsucker' to the reverse, 23.5cm diameter (7) Provenance: The Malcolm Sargeant Collection.
