A collection of English teapotsearly 19th centurycomprising a 'Mystery Prow' group teapot, bat-printed in black with a figure on horseback before a cottage and ruined buildings to the cover, unmarked, 17cm high; together with an oval teapot stand, further printed with a ruined building and figures beside a bridge, painted '709' to the base, 17.4cm wide; a Coalport teapot, cover and stand, circa 1835, with elongated duck's head spout, decorated with floral cartouche within red and yellow panels, teapot 21.5cm high; and a further similar Coalport teapot and cover, decorated with blue panels, pattern number 4/374, 19cm high; together with a small Coalport Coalbrookdale floral-encrusted bowl and cover, decorated with flowers and butterflies, unmarked, 13cm high Provenance: The Malcolm Sargeant Collection. Blue Coalport teapot with detached finial to the cover and hairline crack through teapot. Bat-printed teapot with some small nibbles to the interior rim, chip to the underside of the spout. Coalport Coalbrookdale bowl and cover - one handle broken into several pieces. Chips and losses to flowers and petals. Finial to red Coalport teapot has been broken off and professionally re-attached. There are several restored chips and cracks to the inner and outer upper rim, which are now yellowed.
