提要：天下第二行书，《争座位帖》亦称《论座帖》、《与郭仆射书》，为颜真卿行草书精品，唐广德二年（公元764）颜真卿写给定襄王郭英义的书信手稿。颜真卿《争座位帖》与王羲之的《兰亭序》并称为“行书双璧”。此稿信笔疾书，苍劲古雅，为世所珍。《争座位帖》原迹已佚，拍品为玉蝶崇恩本。崇恩，姓觉罗氏，清藏书家。满州正蓝旗人。由廪生官至山东巡抚。性嗜购藏图书，收藏特点多为碑帖拓本，装璜精美。
