Luo Zhongli, born in 1948, graduated from Sichuan Academy of fine arts, artist and educator. He became a professor in 1993, and now he is the president of the Chinese Academy of contemporary art, a representative of the National People's Congress, an expert who enjoys state government subsidies, the executive director of the Chinese Artists Association, the vice chairman of the Chinese oil painting association, the ninth consultant of the Chinese Artists Association, the chairman of the Chongqing Artists Association and the chairman of the Chongqing Federation of literary and art circles.
