1939年7月10日-2002年9月22日，菲律賓畫家，被稱為菲律賓的畢卡索。"Paco" Gorospe 出生在馬尼拉岷倫洛區（Binondo）， 受該國南部部落族群的簡約而富有色彩的生活方式所影響，創作繪畫，後成為菲律賓最負盛名的畫家之一。在1962年在美國華盛頓D.C.參展，他的作品在1964年紐約世界博覽會選作代表菲律賓參展。其他展覽1972年日本沖繩，1989年德國Baden0Baden，2008 瑞典丹麥聯合展等。
