拍品式样者，海外公私收藏可见。而完整者极少，大抵因尖唇易折，保存不易。盘口呈四瓣出尖菱花形，口缘尖薄。平底，斜弧壁，胎体自口沿至器底逐渐加厚，底承圈足较高，足壁稍八字外斜。圈足露胎，胎质细腻洁白。通体施白色釉，莹润柔和，釉面薄而质坚。 花口盘当受金银器影响，主要制品为青瓷、白瓷。本品造型简约大方，内外无多余纹饰，极为素雅。与本品相似一例，载于《中国陶瓷全集9》，上海人民美术出版社、株式会社美乃美，1981年，图3。
