白玉质，玉种白润细腻，周身受沁明显，局部边缘有糖色浅红沁，沁色斑斓，玻璃光。玉璧制式规矩，双面雕饰蒲纹。蒲草，这种生长在水岸边野草一般的植物，古代就被人们发现并利用，或食其茎干草芽，或将其编织成蒲席，或将蒲黄入药，运用之广，连玉器上也出现了蒲纹。古代蒲纹运用在玉饰中较多，雕工越来越完善。 此玉璧蒲纹密布，大小相仿，蒲纹琢磨有规则，周边的地子碾法干净利落。整器做工规整，器形、题材、做工具有明显的时代风格，且形制较大，值得关注。
