白玉质，局部有灰皮。雕荷叶钮圆形佩，上方钩环为覆莲叶状，雕刻细腻，刻有清晰的经脉纹理。下方圆佩分三层绳纹装饰，分布在圆佩的外边缘、中间及内边缘，中心为八卦纹转心圆环。整器沁色古雅，带浅灰皮，设计精巧，佩戴有扭转乾坤之吉祥寓意。
