选材和田白玉籽料，留有大面积皮色，琢成半圆形龙形佩。玉佩即为一条弯曲的螭龙造型，一端为龙首，张口，眼、角均有细致表现；另一端则为龙尾，中间身部高高拱起。螭龙身体细节写意处理，多以流畅的卷云纹表现。整体刻画细致，特别是龙首的刻画极为写实。 此佩玉质白润细腻，形制较为少见，是一件工、料俱佳的清中期籽料作品。
