A pair of Chinese export figures of an immortal. Qing dynasty, Mid 18th century representing Zhongli Quan, one of the eight immortals. Decorated with coloured enamels. The figure stands on an oval porcelain base moulded with breaking waves, coloured light blue. He wears a long, green under-robe, with white shoes protruding below, and a long-sleeved red coat, patterned with rosettes in green, crimson-pink and black. In his right hand is a yellow fan, his attribute.
