内直径2.26cm；高2.7cm
和阗白玉质地，玉质温润细腻，宛若羊脂，油性极佳，局部微沁。一端微凸，一端内凹，壁身匀称，打磨圆润细腻，内圈适中。扳指由古代玉韘演变而来，汉代许慎《说文解字》“射决也，所以钩弦，以象骨韦，系着右巨指”。随着弓箭在战场上的作用越来越小，韘的实用功能变弱，装饰功能逐渐增强，明清时便出现各类精美的扳指以彰显身份。此件扳指玉质上乘，实为精品。
