Together with a Gregoire toad figure, designed 1973 by Marc Lalique, and an "Ours" polar bear figure, no. 11637.The present lot late 20th century.The Tête d Aigle mascot etched "Lalique France" to the underside of the base; the Gregoire etched "Lalique ® France" to the underside of the base, alongside a paper "Made in France" label; and the polar bear etched "Lalique ® France" to the underside of the base, alongside a paper "Made in France" label, and a "Cristal Lalique Paris" label on the body of the figure. (H: 4 1/4, L: 5 5/8, D: 3 3/8 in. (the Tête d Aigle); H: 3, L: 4 1/2, D: 4 5/8 in. (the Gregoire); H: 5 7/8, L: 6 3/4, D: 6 7/8 in (the polar bear)) Qty: (3) Provenance Private collection, New Jersey. Very good condition overall; the Tête d Aigle free of chips or cracks, the underside of the base with light scratches consistent with age and infrequent handling; the Gregoire toad with minor chipping/grinding wear to the front tip of the right front foot, and similar to the rear tip of the right back leg, in addition to light overall wear; the polar bear with a fleabite to the edge of the right front foot, one small (under 1/4") series of smooth white marks, possibly within the glass and dating to time of production, along the lower spine of the figure; overall light wear consistent with age and infrequent handling; all paper labels with wear and/or peeling.
