此瓶盘口，长颈，折肩，直筒腹，浅圈足。内外施梅子青釉，胎厚质细。颈部两侧置凤耳，器身青釉色莹亮无瑕，盘口稜处釉流缩而呈浅青色，莹润光亮，匀净无瑕。龙泉窑位于浙江南部，瓷场分布广泛，产品种类多样，南宋之后，成为供应海内外器用的重要窑场。龙泉窑多在长颈两侧加鱼形耳或凤形耳，此造型不仅在宋、元时期的许多墓葬及窖藏中频繁出现，在海外贸易瓷遗址也经常见及。
