Chinese 18th/19th C Porcelain Octagon Tureen in underglaze blue and over-glaze famille rose enamels with gold, the sides of bottom part with archaistic handles in iron red and a band of Mandarin Court Figures, chicken and dog, the cover with large light green & brown cloud collar and an applied Lotus blossom, long stems and Lotus leaves as finial. Height to cover 8 inches (20.3 cm.) X width from handle to handle 14 1/2 inches (36.8 cm.).
