A Large Bronze Model of a Dragon
SIGNED SUZUKI KAZUYOSHI, 19TH/EARLY 20TH CENTURY
the finely detailed body covered with scales and spikes protruding along the undulating spine, the dragon coiled with energy as the head, with staring gold eyes, with ears back as if to strike with a fearsome snarl and open maw, the front right leg clutches a jewel, the left props up the shoulder and head, the rear left leg cast with an eight-character maker's mark.
