A Pair of Bronze 'Dragon' Square Vases
the square sectioned body supported on a recessed foot surmounted by a straight mouth rim, each side cast with a fierce sinuous dragon amongst clouds above waves, the sloping shoulder decorated with bats and further clouds, the mouth and the foot carved with keyfret bands, the underside incised with an apocryphal Qianlong four-character mark.
Height of each 11 3/4 inches.
