何海霞（1908年10月7日—1998年8月5日[2]），名瀛，字海霞，以字行。北京市人。1956年调入陕西美协从事专业创作，为“长安画派”代表画家之一。1983年任陕西省国画院副院长，不久调北京中国画研究院工作。擅长山水，亦能花卉。其创作往往将青绿工笔与水墨笔意融为一体，立意新奇，笔力雄健，风格浑厚而不失秀丽。
代表作有《西岳峥嵘何壮哉》《陕北清秋》《看山还看祖国山》等
