路立权，字允平，辽宁省海城市人。光绪二十二年丙申科岁贡生。光绪三十四年署昌图府教授。民国初年任西安税捐局长。晚岁家居，以吟诗作字自娱，卒年六十有三。其人性蕴藉，工书翰，精行草。书法苍老，为一时之冠，所书墨迹，多为珍藏者收寻，得者皆视为墨宝而藏之。据《奉天通志》《关东书画名家词典》
