题识：|龙带晚烟离洞府，燕拖秋色入衡阳。天启壬戌夏六月时三干，周顺昌书于桃花坞。|钤印：「管领风骚」、「周」、「顺昌」 |说明：端方旧藏。德国重要家族购于中国（1894-1922年间）。||周顺昌，东林党人。字景文，号蓼洲，南直隶苏州吴县（今江苏苏州）人。万历四十一年进士。历官福州推官、文选员外郎，为魏忠贤党迫害，死于狱中。崇祯元年得已昭雪，谥忠介。万历四十一年（1613）进士，历任福州推官、吏部稽勋主事、文选司员外郎。居官清正。
