A pair of Chinese 'birthday' saucers, Guangxu marks and of the period, painted in famille rose enamels with four roundels each containing a gilded character wan, shou, wu, jiang (everlasting long life), reserved on yellow grounds with ribbons and clouds throughout, iron red six-character marks to bases, 14.5cm diameter. A 2cm-long hairline runs from the rim to the center of a saucer. A star shaped crack to the base of a saucer.
