白玉质地，玉质温润通透，包浆浑厚，光气精良，器周边受黄色沁，分布自然。器体扁平片状，扇面形，整体镂雕，两端呈左右对称，边沿起脊，具楚式玉器风格。玉璜两端镂雕抽象龙首纹，中间雕卷云纹，造型古朴，琢磨精细，极具装饰性，确是一件难得珍品。
