(4) Provenance: a private collection, London, formerly in the Arthur M Sackler Collections, the smallest cicadas, formerly purchased in J T Tai & Co., New York, prior to 1978, the other two cicadas, formerly in A W Bahr Collection, Weybridge,1963; all of the three cicadas then purchased from Christie`s London, 6 November 2009, part of lot 14; the dragon plaque purchased from Christie`s London, 14 May 2010, part of lot 607.
