此瓶撇口，束颈，溜肩，腹部下敛至足，肩饰双象耳，颈部有墨彩诗文“眼前之福祀宗培之，后来之福，炳莱仁兄大人雅玩，时□。丙戌之秋仿新罗山人法古南子明氏作。”画面主体题材为“松下问童子”，松树下站立一老者和两孩童，描绘了“松下问童子，言师采药去。只在此山中，云深不知处”的意境。所绘人物衣纹自然流畅，衣袖、腰际等衣褶处聚散成型，是一件不可多得的浅绛艺术品。
