|●翁成琪（1861-1925） ，字谦宇、幼侯，是闽县琅岐镇海屿村人。生于书香门第，家教严谨，督课甚殷，成琪年少聪颖，宽厚笃实。清光绪二十年（1894年），中进士，官授广西藤县知县。藤县地方的豪绅大族，多挟制官府。成琪决心任内改变这种恶习，每当审案时，必命吏人环立案前，使请托者无法进言，堵绝说情行贿歪风。成琪为官清廉，勤政爱民。后调学士院，授户部主事。著有《金陵诗钞》。
