溥儒(1895-1963)北京人。出身清皇族，姓爱新觉罗，字心畲，又号羲皇上人﹑西山逸士。现代国画大师，画工山水、兼擅人物、花卉及书法，其山水以“北宗”为基，润以南宗笔法，书法以草书见长，昔时与张大千有“南张北溥”之誉，又与吴湖帆并称“南吴北溥”。
