此件玉马以和阗带糖白玉籽料圆雕而成，玉质致密莹润。马作站立状，马头下垂涉水，头戴龙套，双目炯炯有神，双耳直立，鬃毛宽阔分绺披垂，飘逸洒脱。身躯圆浑丰腴，四足有力，长尾拖地。马蹄下以糖色部分雕出一片浪花，水纹雕琢细致，翻卷上涌，好似喷溅而起。此件器物设计巧妙，造型生动，既可陈设，亦可把玩收藏。
