此件带板以和阗青白玉雕成，玉质莹润。器体呈长方形，外围雕饰一周竹节纹为边框，中部以多层镂雕技法琢刻纹饰。正中雕一棵古松，左右两侧分别琢刻竹纹和梅花斜向而出。树下左右各雕一只站立的小鹿，身体健硕，长颈伸向树枝，四足强健有力。底面以密集的锦地纹装饰，多层雕饰颇有立体效果。松竹梅合称“岁寒三友”，代表了古代文人气节。与鹿合并则有“松鹿延年”的祝寿之意。整体雕工精细，为明代玉带板精品。
