此件鼻烟壶以上等和阗白玉籽料精琢而成，玉质纯净无瑕，温润细腻，呈现油脂光泽。器形端正饱满，方中带圆，内部掏膛匀净。颈部光素无纹，壶身满饰笸箩纹，凸起饱满，工整有致，繁而不乱，触之质感极佳。“笸箩纹”俗称笆斗纹或簸箕纹，对雕工要求极高。此烟壶以良材琢成，施以精工，体轻意重，颇具把玩之雅意，堪为清代玉烟壶之上品。
