此件水洗为大块水晶整料雕成，材质纯净透明，品质极高。器体为花边三角形，敞口，斜壁，下承同形外撇矮圈足。三边口沿正中处各高浮雕一组凸出花叶，花朵盛开，花心分别镶嵌红、黄、绿三种颜色的宝石，修长的叶片向花朵两侧舒展，叶脉清晰。花叶下各带一活环，玲珑剔透。整件器物造型典雅端庄，雕刻手法精湛，纹饰、雕工均具有浓郁的乾隆时期痕都斯坦风格。由于水晶硬度较高，不易雕刻，故制作过程耗时费工，数量也较玉器稀少。
