He was an avid photographer who was involved in the Photographic Society of America, through which he developed relationships with photography clubs worldwide. It was through the photographic society in Taiwan that he met Chin San Long, with whom he became close friends. The item is affixed to the mat. There is a light brown discoloration to the upper right quadrant and to the lower center that appear to be original to the development process; please see the listing image. To the lower right quadrant, there is a minute network of white accretions. To the center, there is a network of dark marks, that seem to be original to the developing process. Stain to the mat.
