comprising: two small octagonal jars, with molded floral design, 3-3/4 x 3-3/8 in.; cylindrical lidded jar, with molded design of dragon, birds, and florals, brown glazed interior, 8-1/4 x 9-1/4 in. Note: William Joseph Roache and his family moved from Australia to Hong Kong in the early 1960s. He was employed as an Agronomist, and his job took him out into the Chinese countryside. In these travels, he purchased Chinese art, typically porcelains, from locals and shops. Mr. Roache then moved to Singapore in the late 1960s and continued his passion for collecting.
