First edition (one of 400 copies printed). 8vo. 80 pp. Signed by editor Douglas Blazek on front free endpaper, and additionally signed and inscribed by him on title-page: "new one for you--/An unusual copy/(you'll understand/as you thumb through)./Believe it to be the/only one./Douglas Blazek." lllustrated by Bukowski. Original stiff staple-bound pictorial orange wrappers; all edges trimmed; blue endpapers. Krumhansl 30A unique copy signed and inscribed by American author and publisher Douglas Blazek (b. 1941). Blazek's reference to this being an "unusual eve it to be the only one" likely refers to many segments of sheets within purposefully bound out of order and ide down, possibly by Blazek himself. Blazek was a driving force of the Mimeo Revolution, and had a wide influence in the 1960s underground literary movement.2.
