款识：大清乾隆年制 此器应是清代乾隆年间，仿明宣德炉作所作器，纽约大都会艺术博物馆有一香炉与此器造型器耳颇多相似之处。 此炉以精铜制成，后配木质炉盖及底座，皮壳温润，宝色内涵，炉之两侧器耳以两条弯曲的龙为饰，颇具创意，同时也显示炉之尊贵。整器造型庄重古雅，气势独具，是典型的宫廷用器。
