来源：古玉精英第二版，傅熹年出版 古人认为，蝉能上天入地，神通广大，在这种“崇蝉”情节下，古人把自己对蝉的喜爱及对蝉意的理解表现在各种器物之上。此件白玉蝉佩，整体规整，雕琢细致，双目凸出于头部两侧，近尾作弧尖形，背脊线隆起，两侧渐薄。翅膀脉纹细致清晰，生动逼真，扁腹，六足雕刻细致，腹部纹理以阴线刻划，极重细节。整器玉质上乘，小巧精致，实为收藏、把玩之佳品。
