本件柄形器，白玉质，满身红沁。细腻润透，光泽柔和，经过长期盘玩已呈现脱胎包浆厚重。器物为扁平长条形，形制经典，造型、线条优美流畅。顶端穿孔，柄身中央正反面均阴刻兽面纹，雕琢饱满细腻。此件柄形器玉质精良，做工考究，疑为早期古玉，后传至清代宫廷，后添博古纹饰，等级较高，为同类器物中的佳品，适宜收藏。
