以琥珀为材，透雕兰石清供牌。琥珀透明度高，自然老化明显，可见细密的冰裂纹。牌呈长方状，中间为方形，四周边缘镂雕花卉纹。此牌中间主体采用反刻手法，雕琢兰石清供，辅以灵芝、瓶花等，纹饰清雅，文气十足。正面观之，不见琢痕，犹如自然显现，具有天然平和的美感。存世琥珀雕刻少有大件，此琥珀牌不仅尺寸较大，且雕工精美，通透玲珑，立意文雅，实属少见。
